What plans include the newsletter builder?
An active Newsletter add-on provides access. Enterprise course plans include access. Check Newsletter in your dashboard for the available sending credits.
What happens if I exceed my monthly limit?
The system prevents scheduling when the active recipient count exceeds your available credits. Review your credit balance and subscription options in the dashboard.
How do I collect subscriber emails?
Use the subscriber list in your dashboard to add or import contacts who have agreed to receive your newsletters. Review active and unsubscribed contacts before sending.
Can subscribers unsubscribe?
Yes. Every email includes an automatic unsubscribe link at the bottom. When someone unsubscribes, they're immediately removed from your active list and won't receive future campaigns.
Can I see who opened my emails?
Campaign analytics show recorded delivery, open and click activity. These are email-tracking measurements, not a guarantee that every recipient read the message.
What email address do newsletters come from?
Emails are sent from a PuttScores domain but display your course name as the sender. You can customize the "From Name" and set a reply-to email address so responses go directly to your inbox.
