Common Questions
How do I add inventory?
Add inventory items with a name, quantity, location, SKU and barcode. Existing records can be exported as CSV.
How do maintenance task notifications work?
Tasks have an assignee, priority and due date. Review due and overdue tasks in the dashboard; notification delivery depends on the configured email service.
Can I set up recurring maintenance tasks?
Yes, you can create maintenance schedules that automatically generate tasks on a daily, weekly, monthly, or custom interval. Perfect for routine inspections, cleaning, and preventive maintenance.
Does inventory integrate with maintenance?
Absolutely. When completing a maintenance task, you can log parts used directly from your inventory. Stock levels are automatically deducted and the cost is tracked against that task for accurate reporting.
Is this included in my subscription?
Inventory and Maintenance are included with Premium and Enterprise. Existing grandfathered Standard customers retain access while subscribed to Standard. New Standard subscriptions do not include these features.
