Common Questions

Everything you need to know about Achievement Badges.

How do players see their achievement badge?
After completing their round, players see their earned badge on the final scores page. They can tap on it to view the full badge and download it to share on social media.
Can I create my own custom badges?
Yes. Choose a name, description, icon and score range for each badge.
What if a player's score matches multiple badges?
The system returns every badge whose score range includes the total. Use separate ranges if you want only one matching badge per total.
Is Achievement Badges included in my plan?
Check the plan details in Billing for feature access. Configure badges from the Achievement Badges section of a scorecard.
Can I enable badges for specific scorecards only?
Yes. Each scorecard has its own badge list. Adding badges activates awards for that scorecard; an empty list has no configured awards.
Do badges work for group play?
Badge matching uses each player’s total score. Players in the same group can receive different badges.
