Add sponsor details to a hole

Use the hole editor to add a sponsor without sending a paid invitation:

  1. 1. Open your Scorecard Dashboard.
  2. 2. Click the Edit button on any hole to open the hole editor.
  3. 3. Scroll down to the Hole Sponsorship section (look for the green PREMIUM badge), then click Configure Sponsorship.
  4. 4. Fill in Sponsor Name, Email, Logo URL, and Website URL, then save the hole. Repeat for each hole you want sponsored.

Sponsorship is a Premium+ feature. If you don't see the Hole Sponsorship section inside the hole editor, your plan may not include it yet. Visit /pricing to upgrade.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does it cost to get started?

Sponsorship requires Premium or higher. Platform and payment processing fees apply to paid sponsorships.

How do sponsors pay?

Sponsors pay through Stripe for the duration in their invitation. Renewing starts a new payment; sponsorships do not charge automatically each month.

When do I get paid?

Connect your Stripe account to receive sponsorship payments. Check Stripe for your payout status and schedule.

Can sponsors cancel?

Sponsorships are prepaid for the selected duration. They can choose not to renew when it expires.

What if I don't have 18 holes?

Choose which holes to sponsor. You do not need to offer every hole.
